Waiting for the next pedestal to be brought into place. A bit of fine tuning was being done, so that it fit tightly into the gap formed by the bolster and the archbar. Note the grooves at the upper right bend of the archbar. These marks are cuts produced by a cutting torch, which makes me believe that this bar is aftermarket. When the downward bend of the bar was made, the material on the lower side of the bend was compressed, forming a large bulge that would not easily fit into the groove atop the journal box pedestal. The expedient remedy was to remove some of the bulge with the "gas ax", OA cutting torch. This might cause the bar to eventually break.
